I don't think this is an official Bose replacement BUT... It is very good and a close copy.The quality is very good and on par with the extension cable that came with my Soundsport earphones that I lost.The twisting colour pattern on this item seems longer, or not as tightly woven compared to my Bose earphones. It's an aesthetic I thought some one may care about. Unfortunately for me they didn't have blue so I got green, so aesthetics are out the window for me anyway 😋I wanted to give 4 stars as the listing leads you to believe it's official and from Bose. But that's not fair on the product and as this is a product review it gets 5stars.

Works fine for sound but unable to use volume controls on my headphones.Returned and called Bose tech support who were able to ship me the real thing for cheaper!

Lost the original, this has got me back to my music

It's an awful product and NOT made by Bose. It doesn't work properly since it only allows sound in one side at a time. Don't buy this.

These are my absolute favorite headphones and once I lost mine, I absolutely had to replace them. However, when I was traveling recently, I realized that they were discontinued; instead, I bought the newer Bose Bluetooth version of these (with the wire; they also come wireless). Unfortunately, the Bluetooth connection really drains my iPhone battery. Thankfully Amazon sells the original SoundSport earbuds I was looking for, so I immediately purchased them.To be frank, these earbuds are the only option on the market for me. The specific style & shape of the silicone ear piece is the absolute biggest selling point for me as they are extremely comfortable. The silicone ear piece comes in 3 sizes in the packaging (Small, Medium & Large). I use the Small size, and they fit perfectly snug for my more petite ears. I bought a pair for all of my family members as the comfort is unbeatable.On top of that, they provide superb sound quality as would be expected from Bose...but I genuinely was skeptical at first since they are ear buds and not headphones. I could not believe how fantastic my music sounded! These are the first earbuds to really change my entire music experience; I began appreciating the details in the music of my favorite songs all over again!These also come with a clip on the wire, which is very useful to clip to your shirt to keep the wire from getting in the way. I find this feature very useful at the gym or when I am doing chores around the house. The zipper pouch that comes for storage is excellent quality; I actually use it for multiple uses like storing my jewelry or SIM cards when I am traveling also.To summarize:- the most comfortable fitting ear buds on the market in my opinion- excellent sound quality- length of cord is ideal; extension cord is an available accessory also- clip accessory helps with keeping the wire tucked away- zipper pouch allows for easy storage; large clip of pouch allows for attaching to bags/purses easily- color selection is fantastic: gray/green option is my favorite!I rate this a 5 star product and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an extremely comfortable, reliable and high quality sound experience.
