KarrimorMen's Supa 5 Brown Low Rise Hiking Boots, 7.5

I bought these for low impact outdoor use. They are the perfect shoe for casual day hikes. Good support and very comfortable to wear. Nice to have an outdoor shoe that does not require a break-in period.

I have a pair of Karrimor hikers I've been using for years and they are a great comfortable shoe but they are getting a little old and when I saw these I was excited to have a new pair. I'm in the USA, New England and these were coming from the UK but it was free shipping (Amazon is awesome) and I was willing to wait a bit for them. When they came in they looked great and felt super comfortable but they felt a little big.I checked the tag and sure enough they were a size 10. I ordered a size 9.5, my invoice said 9.5, everything said 9.5 except the shoes. I thought I might try keeping them and decided to where them to work on a half day in the office just to check them out. While putting them on that morning the loop on one ripped off on the tongue!Oh well they are on there was back to the UK. Too bad if they had sent the right size and the loop was more robustly sewn they probably would have been a keeper.
