Yes they do. From under the handles and the nonstick flakes off then rusts. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Q: This is the highest rated bake pan on Amazon but I'm weary of the pattern on the bottom of the pan, I'm used to a nice flat bottom. Does this cause an issue cooking, cleaning, or anything else?

If you have something super sticky - ie a honey soy glaze for chicken wings, then I line the bottom of the pan with aluminum foil - same as I would for my flat bottomed pans. Otherwise I have not had a problem cleaning or cooking. If something is baked on, I let it soak with some hot water before I clean it. I do like the pans - very heavy grade. I make alot of chicken wings and they clean up nicely - including the rack.

Q: What size is the rack?

The pans are 10 by 15 inches and the rack is 9 by 14 inches.

Q: What is the steel gauge level? 14, 16,18?

Don’t no the gauge. These pans delaminates within months of casual use. Warranty not upheld.
