Tie Downs
Perfect fit, I just installed it this week. So far so good, so much for trying to "Find" a place to tie down to and Now I won't need to install the backrest for luggage space unless I want to.

Doesn't Fit M109
It looks like a good idea but it doesn't work on the my M109, you can't get the seat back on the bike.
