Is it heavy? Does it pull on your ears when have mask on face?

No, but its a little cumbersome to pull the mask off with it attached. It isn't something that would be a reason to not order it. Honestly I've only used it a couple of times, and haven't had a chance to try to optimize the fit. I do find it very handy.

What size (mm) is the lobster clasp?

I don't know the size in mm's, but I'd say it is comparable to a traditional clasp on a necklace. I've not had any difficulty using it with masks that have elastic ear bands. Hope this helps!
