Very buggy software...screens disappear and then return after a short period of time. It's a fight to load programs, even Microsoft programs. With such lousy programing I can't imagine information stored on this computer ever being made secure and incorruptible. The unit itself is built very well which is why I gave it two stars.

I'll never order another HP computer... this thing has been very unpredictable...

The computer is too slow, so I returned it. Than this man send me an email and threatened me. He also call me several times a day and say bad words to me.

Crappy Performance. Its so slow. What should I do with it now?

CONS:-Very very basic.-Very cheap finishes (plastic EVERYWHERE)-No caps lock light.-No num lock light.-Very slow performance for an Intel i5-Windows 10 Pro was pre-installed (you have Windows 7 Pro downgrade rights but even if you know what you are doing it is a PITA).PROS:-It hasn't started on fire.You aren't going to be doing any heavy computing on this thing. Save yourself some money and buy a Chromebook.

I'm very disappointed. I wanted/needed a Windows 7, as many people do, so my choices were limited. Pros: It's just not fast like I thought it would be, just to do minor browsing. It's a good little laptop if you need to stay under $400. It is lightweight, which is nice. Cons: Again, it does lack in speed/performance. I thought an i5 would be faster. Didn't realize until after purchase that it was only a dual-core. If I could, I would send it back for a refund. I guess you get what you pay for.

hasn't let me down and has been great. Highly recommend putting more ram in computer before using. IT was slow before adding more ram but is super fast now. Good buy!
