The outside diameter is approximately 8 inches. The inside is about 6 1/4 to 6 1/2" It fits perfectly inside the Instant Pot. Hope that helps.

I got the "Large" Instant Pot 5252246" It is 8 5/16" diameter across the top outer rim (210mm?)...inside diameter is 7"....Height is 5.25" from top rim to bottom of legs.
