I've tried a number of different green coffee bean extract products. They all provide some appetite suppression and a bit more energy. What I like about TerraPur is that it is 800 milligrams in one capsule. Other brands I've tried have had 500 mg in 2 capsules, making TerraPur much easier to take.

This product works. For me it has made me lose about 1/2 to a pound per week. This is ideal as I do not want to lose too much weight too fast. I have been taking it for about 6 weeks and have lost about 10 lbs. I will buy more. Most important thing is to take as directed. I find that it is more effective when taking before meals!

I don't know what to say ! ! ! I've been taking it for about 3-4 weeks, I did not see(feel) changes, I didn't lose weight ! But it makes me feel full, and energized. I Wouldn't recommend it as weight lose product.

It didn't work for me, I wish there was a negative srar. It made me gain weight I gained 11lbs in 2 weeks. Don't waste your money.

I choose to give this a try based on previous reviews I read and while it is not a wonder pill it does seem to work. I have been taking in nightly for about two weeks and have noticed a slight improvement in weight reduction. I will upgrade my review in another 3-4 weeks when I have given it more time to effect change. So far however it does appear to work as the manufacturer claims ... shipping was fast and again need to give it a bit more time to properly gauge results.

Great product . Have used before works good. Product works if you use it as percribed. Workes faster with diet modification and excercise,but not necessary. You will lose weight!!!!

Note: I purchased several bottles of this product initially in 2013, but was sent a free bottle later in exchange for an unbiased review.I purchased this product for my husband & adult daughter because they both wanted to help speed up their metabolism/lose weight-- my brother had used Green Coffee pills to lose weight in early 2013, so it seemed reasonable to try these.Pros: reasonable cost comparison to comparable mg and ingredients of competing brands. At time of my purchase, was covered with Amazon Prime free shipping. Nice customer service people; very polite on the phone-- not pushy or rude. Quick shipping. Does give a noticeable "caffeine boost" of energy, especially when initially starting the product. Does have appetite suppression effects, especially when initially starting the product. My husband would often skip breakfast & lunch when taking these.My husband would often take these (1-3 pills) when he had to leave quickly & did not have time for coffee or when he had to go on service calls in the middle of the night. He claimed they seemed to replace cups of coffee fairly well. Since they are easily portable, he kept a bottle in his service vehicle just in case of overtime call-outs.Cons: Energy boost & appetite suppression lessons/is not as noticeable with continued use of product. Caused noticeable insomnia for both my husband & daughter. My husband often drinks coffee daily (1-2 cups per day) & he seemed to have more of a problem with this. My husband complained about being very dehydrated during the period he was taking these pills. Drinking coconut water seemed to help alleviate this, but water & teas did not really offer relief. (note: coconut water seemed to increase metabolism activity/bowels when used with green coffee pills) Seemed to cause increased blood pressure issues for my husband-- he has discontinued use.My daughter did not use these pills for very long, she seems to prefer Green Tea products more.Neither my husband nor daughter have lost significant weight while using this product.I did try the product for a few days, but I also take asthma medication and this product seemed to cause a heart-rate increase in conjunction with my meds so I discontinued use.Overall, this seems to be a reasonably good product. It is a fair price and when used correctly should not cause significant problems unless you are sensitive/unused to caffeinated products (or deliberately "over-dose" to increase the appetite-suppression effects).I highly advise starting with only one pill per day & gradually increasing to suggested dosage as per instructions on the bottle to prevent any problems.Obviously-- Care should be used if you have blood pressure or other related health issues-- I would definitely recommend contacting your doctor if you have any similar issues before beginning use-- always better to be safe.
