Used to Cycle A 10 gallon tank two 5 gallon tanks.
This worked great. It cycled my 5 gallon tanks in about 2 weeks and my 10 gallon in about a month. It says it cycles up to 15 gallons, so I only used half in each 5 gallon tank. Please use this and let the tank finish cycling before buying or adding your fish. The ammonia spike it will cause will most likely kill your fish. Fish will suffer during the process so a fish less cycle is best. It is not an instant fix to throw your fish in right after adding it, but it will activate the nitrogen cycle without using any other form of bacteria to get it going. Once the nitrite and ammonia reading are zero, and you start seeing nitrates, you just change about 20% of the water, and you are ready to add the fish. Just be patient.

Great product to cycle your tank!
I used this to cycle a new tank with 6 fish in it. I worked wonderful and the ammonia never spiked. I use it for water changes and adding new fish.I was really amazed and relieved. You do need to be sure you add enough. The quantity you need to cycle a new tank is smaller on the package.

Best product. Unbelievable pricing, another words at a freshwater aquarium fish store, I paid $12.99. going through Amazon Prime, I only paid 6.99. listen up people, get on board with Amazon Prime.

I'll never start a tank without it
Frequently cycle tanks with this stuff, I feel safe to put the fish in after only a couple hours and they always do well. I've heard it needs to be kept cold so you can't order it but mine has never been a problem.

New tank syndrome fixed
My nitrite levels were at a dangerous level. After adding this product to my tank within 4 day's, Nitrite levels were at zero and nitrate levels are now normal. Highly recommended!

I have tried others and this one you can see the difference in the clarity of the water. I use it every time I clean the filter.

Do not buy this
Do not buy this I put it in my 10 gallon tank with my fish in it and it spiked the ammonia and nitrates and killed all three of my fish and my snail. Do not buy this
