I assumed it was going to be like the frog fuel or protgold. Both of which had a consistency somewhat thicker than water. It is as thick as syrup or honey. The preach flavor is very bad with the rest of the taste of the protein. The blueberry taste the frog fuel has is probably the best to mask the weird protein taste.

I bought this for my husband when he was recovering from throat cancer after a friend recommended this to me. Throat cancer made it difficult to eat and he had to have a feeding tube for a while. He said it really helped him gain back some of the weight he lost while going through chemo. I’m not a doctor, but If you have a feeding tube and need some protein, it might. E with asking your doctor if this is ok. Also, you might ask if you can get this as a prescription and maybe you won’t have to pay.
