Brilliant streak free cleaning
Update : after a couple of months of use, the spray handle on the bottle stopped bouncing back. This is especially frustrating since the whole idea of a product like this is to reduce plastic waste. Instead I have added one more plastic bottle to the hopefully recycled pile. .Honest Company has found it's zone! I have never had much luck with their beauty products but the Conscious Cleaning line seems to be their calling. The performance of this product is outstanding. It leaves a really nice streak free finish on glass. I used it with a squeegee and paper towels and the results were perfect. The scent is mildly citrusy and it is not at all drying to the skin.Small irrelevant quibbles would be the amount of cardboard used to pack the plastic bottle and refills. it seems a bit excessive. The pod dissolves very quickly in water. The instructions say to add 28 oz of water but there is no measuring line on the bottle letting you know what that amount is so you either measure it separately or just eyeball it.The ingredient label tells you every little thing inside the pod and the label came loose on the bottom of the packaging. I did put it on the bottle and have included a picture.Great product and I am looking forward to trying out the rest of their line.

Love the product, hate the bottle.
So at first look the box is quite impressive. I love the setup and how it's perfectly placed in the cute box. It's just a nice aesthetic. The products work well and I LOVE that it comes from the honest company. For the most part the product cleans well as I expected (not quite as well as windex but still really well). I didn't find that it was overly streaky which is a good thing. However, my main problem is that the product really advertises being able to use the bottles for a lifetime to reduce waste. Well then make better bottles. They leak if you spray at a downward angle. Also they could have put a fill line on the bottle so you know where to fill the water to since all the products take the same amount. It's just more annoying to have to measure out your water and pour it in. So I have taken a sharpee and put a line so I know where to fill. So bottom line. Great products, terrible bottle. Pricey but it's because of the clean product.

Glass Gets Clean
This glass cleaning system seems to work well. I like that you can drop the whole pod into the bottle, add water, and shake. You don't get any of the concentrate on your hands that way and all the concentrate goes toward cleaning. The spray bottle is kind of non-descript and flimsy but it works. I don't know how well it will stand up over time. The spray works pretty well and the solution's odor is pleasant enough. It does a decent job of cleaning my glass. I always dust off the glass first and then use the cleaner and that process works pretty well with this cleaner. I haven't been getting any streaks with this solution. All in all, this glass cleaner works ok but they need to include a more substantial bottle with it for the price charged. The price of the refills is reasonable considering this is a natural product. It's worth a try for your glass cleaning chores.

Great formula
The glass cleaner itself is great! I really like this formula. It does a great job cleaning mirrors, nice and shiny, no streaks. The scent is very light and the particles don't come back at you to breathe in like normal glass cleaner. It cleans just as well as the ammonia sprays. This set comes with a spray bottle and a container with two ampules of concentrated glass cleaner. You have to fill the bottle with 28 ounces of water before dropping in the cleaner. I had to dig through cabinets to try to find an old measuring cup with ounces on it, it would've been nice if they had just marked a fill line on the bottle or noted that it would be about three quarters of the bottle full. You are supposed to drop a full ampule of the liquid into the bottle and let it sit to dissolve, but I didn't realize that and cut it open and poured the liquid in. It still worked. Then you have to shake the bottle and it did leak a bit from the top. Then it's ready for use, pretty simple and not a task I'd be bothered to do now that I know how. I did not like a few things about the set as a whole. The packaging is a bit much for a product that is meant to cut down on waste by having a reusable bottle and selling the refills as concentrated liquid. I will recycle the giant cardboard box with insert, but it really wasn't necessary to have this big of a box. The spray bottle is pretty cheap and flimsy, at this price, they could have included a good, sturdy one. It's supposed to be reusable but I don't think it's going to last to the next refill. The refills are a bit expensive, but most natural products are and I don't mind spending it if they work well, which this does. Overall, I would recommend just buying your own spray bottle and only buying the refills.

Cleans windows well, but why such a small trigger
This window cleaner works well, it cleans windows and leaves little to no streaks. The setup is pretty cool, just put the pod in the bottle, add water, shake, I used distilled water I had spare, it works well. However my complaint is the bottle trigger is so small for such a big bottle, it makes it very uncomfortable when squeezing the trigger. Maybe its just me, but I have other sprayers with smaller bottles and the squeeze triggers are full size. Also, there's plenty of box packaging for just 1 sprayer, a bit of a waste, but I do like that a photo of Jessica Alba is on the box :).

Not that sustainable
I always like to get reusable containers, then I buy bigger jugs of cleaner to decant. Usually I just buy one bottle of regular cleaner and then continue to refill it from a larger bottle. This is the same idea, a nice set with two pods. So I'm cutting down on plastic by not buying a big plastic bottle of refill liquid. Otherwise, I think it's a crazy price for what it is. After I use these two pods, I'll just use the bottle for a white vinegar/water solution for glass. The packaging of the big brown box defeats the sustainability message. It's gimmicky but it works well as far as glass cleaners go.
