This item was broken on arrival. Arranged collection for refund but no option if you don't have printer to print return label. Only options are print label now or email label to print later. What do you do if you have no access to print a returns label??

I like this cup with a wooden lid. The lid can be used on top to cover the coffee or to use as a coaster under the cup. Very nice. The spoon came with it too but I don't really use it.
