This pillow advertises that the neck support is "adjustable" by unrolling and filling/unfilling the center section. What it doesn't point out is that no matter how much you fill and re-tuck that adjustable portion, it will be flat 1/2 through the night. And, since it is in a zippered case, which presumably a person would then put into a pillow case, to "re-adjust" requires taking it out of pillow case, unzipping it, untucking it, redistributing the filling, re-rolling, re-stuffing, re-zipping and putting it back into the pillowcase - not what I want to be doing in the middle of the night. If you are looking for true neck support, I would not suggest this.

I was thinking of sewing up a pillow very similar to this but didn't have time and then I found this! I made one alteration and now it's prefect imo. I took our most of the filling and sewed two lines shown in red not all the way to the top and starting where the bottom side compartment ends. Then I put the fill back in and tada no more adjusting the fill every night! I like one side pretty high and firm for side sleeping and now my shoulder doesn't ache like it used to anymore and I'm not fighting my pillow all night. I made the other side less full for stomach sleeping. I like the middle to be pretty much flat except for the neck roll. I think the company should definitely add these stitches to the design. I would however slant more towards the middle like the purple lines if I did it again so that I have more room for side sleeping and when I'm back sleeping my head doesn't really reach the top anyway. It just needs a small hole above the neck roll. I love it so much with this mod. Ignore my eye drop photo bomb lol. I made my toddler a pillow with all the extra stuffing I took out and I still have the extra bag they give toy and I still have extra after making my toddler a pillow!

I bought this ANS pillow with hope that it may help alleviate my neck pain but it didn't. So my neck pain could be something of different cause not related to pillow. But it does feel very comfortable during sleep though, and the idea of adjustable neck support is quite clever.

very hard , I have the habit of sleeping with his hand under the pillow , I got problems on the thumb , and wrist , not liked.

Really bummed about this purchase. I bought a pillow like this two years ago and loved it. However, the stuffing was finally going a little flat. I thought it was time for a new one, but when it arrived it was much less firm than my last one had been. I wish you could just buy the stuffing to plump it up a bit. I guess I'll just keep this one and use the stuffing to firm up my old pillow, but it cost me way more than I would have wanted.

So far the pillow has held up to its claim to retain its firmness which has been the case for many other pillows that I have tried. I will be interested to see how it is holding up in another few months.

ITS ANYTHING BUT FIRM. In fact it is much softer than any of my other pillows but it does make a good body pillow
