Great mat. Well made. Roughly 1/2 inch thick. Soft but not too soft. I'm not feeling the 'stickiness' reported by some reviewers. Delivered promptly.One nit I'll pick - whoever packaged it used sticky cellophane tape, which stuck to the mat inside the box, so when I sliced the tape with a small razor knife I also sliced into the top surface of the mat. So it goes.

So happy with my purchase. I bought this mat because I do both yoga and weight bearing floor exercises. It's a bit bigger than a standard yoga mat - good. It's way more cushioned than a standard yoga mat - outstanding! I am able to do exercises that require me to be on my hands, or elbows, and knees without pain. The mat has just the right amount of padding so it doesn't interfere with balance. Best of all - zero odor. If you are looking for a great mat that will cradle your joints and not drive you from your home - you've found it.

I am in my 50's and the standard issue yoga mats left me in pain dealing with the hardwood floor. This mat has made a huge difference. Now I can focus on the workout instead of the pain in my knees.

It’s expensive, but worth it. I’m thin. When I do crunches with other advertised padded mats, my spine and tailbone can still feel the floor, which is uncomfortable and prevents me from exercising in proper form. On the other hand, I’ve had mats that are so thick and foamy that I feel unstable when I stand to do squats or jumping jacks. I need a mat that’s padded enough for my joints when I do ab exercises or am on my knees, but thin enough so I can do squats and jump around doing cardio without losing my balance. This is the perfect mat that provides cushion and stability! I do not feel it slip when doing cardio. It’s also easy to clean. The only con is it’s not non-slip on the top. When I do a push up and my hands are sweaty, my hands do slip. I just wear workout gloves which solves the problem. This is the best mat I have tried for Pilates. No need to search anymore!Edit: At the time of purchase, the pink mat was $69.99. I think higher than that is greedy.UPDATE:I’ve had this mat for only a few months and it’s already bubbling. It’s like the adhesive wore out. I only use this mat an average of 2-3 times max per week for light Pilates. Therefore it’s not good quality.

I love this yoga mat! It is so soft. I usually use pillows under my knees and have pain in my wrists and shoulders with other yoga mats, but I don't feel that with this mat. I wish I had found it earlier. It does seem delicate, though. For example, my dog walked over it and got some pin holes in the surface with her nails. I don't use shoes on it either. It is so soft and comfortable I feel like I could take a nap on it.

Well made, worth the exrta money.

Good padding, no slip grip, had for about a month and noticed that it was starting to get dirty. To prevent staining I had to had clean with a sponge. Time consuming to clean, not sure how long it will last with constant cleaning. Expected more for the price.

Very thick. Very comfortable. No smell out of the package. Good buy.
