Buy Small Teaching: Everyday Lessons from the Science of Learning 2 by Lang, James M. (ISBN: 9781119755548) from desertcart's Book Store. Everyday low prices and free delivery on eligible orders. Review: Lang has written an excellent book here. He has clearly done incredible research into the literature and distilled this down to many practical tips for educators to implement in their classrooms. Review: I really enjoyed the practicality of this book, especially the scenarios it presented in being able to apply the small teaching method in the classroom! My favorite part was the section about using emotion in every lesson. The only negative thing I observed was this version did not match the audiobook that I purchased. Other than that, this was an amazing resource!

I've been a lecturer for 3 years now and decided that I need to up my game. I wanted more class engagement and for the module success rate of the modules that I lecture to improve. This book has outlined the things I already do and how to be more intentional about them. It has also outlined the aspects of my lecturing that need attention and how to do so. It's a book I'll be referring to on a yearly basis.
