As a nurse, I am constantly on the move, scheduling my day to squeeze in a workout, run my errands, house chores, then working my 8-16 hour shifts (depending on the day). I have an IAM bar in almost every bag I carry! Its the perfect snack and really does fill me up. I have a weakness for anything chocolate and peanut butter, so this flavor definitely helps with those cravings in a guilt-free way. Not to mention, super affordable compared to a lot of products like this out there.

I have tried many protein bars. There are some good ones out there but typically they are high in Carb count. These are very good; happy I tried them!!

I have tried every protein bar there is because I don't eat meat. The why protein is from grass fed cows. Good ingredients. Not too sweet or strong. Good texture.

Tastes horrible, do not buy... Tasted like they are bad or something... Too bad really wanted these to workout.

The bar is very chewy and I only had a week to eat them before they expired

I AM beyond satisfied with the I AM bars. They have very low sugar (only 5g!) and pack 15g of protein in every bar. I actually look forward to eating them because they taste so good! Highly recommend this to anyone that is health conscious, and an athlete or simply wants a good tasting snack. I AM confident you will love these as much as I do, especially with the ease of 2 day shipping!

I wanted to try these bars since I usually buy protein bars at the store on a regular basis. I was so impressed by the overall quality/taste, I decided to sign up for a subscription! These bars have top notch organic ingredients with only 190 calories each. I am a pretty big guy, and one of these bars actually fills me up. Great product, and I can not wait until they come out with more flavors.
