Good quality long socks for golf / walking etc if somewhat tight mid calf

Socks seem OK quality, if a bit synthetic for my liking and slippery on hard floors. Whilst the foot sizing is fine, they are tight around the ankle and lower calf as you can see from the photo.

This is the second sock now with hole in worn once
