Tiny Treasures
Although these tiny statues are a bit pricy, they complete my Dickens’ Village pieces I inherited. I consider these heirlooms from the original Dept. 56 set which have become hard to find.

A nice replacement for the original
These were bought to replace some broken pieces from the last grouping. I learned from the first set how delicate they are. Be careful with Christmas Past's torch. It snaps off like a dry twig if you are not careful. The set is a little different from the original which has a tombstone with Scrooge's name on it, but that one survived and is in the church yard!

My original set was broken when I opened the box this year so I was happy to find this set. The four pieces fit in perfectly with my Christmas Carol Village and it wouldn't be the same without them. Very well made and the colors are great.

My daughter is building her Christmas Carol set amd ot didn't feel like it until she got this set. She was very excited. Great quality, as is expected with Dept 56 collections

Erstklassige Ware, aber eine völlig ungenügende Verpackung
Die Produkte von Department 56 sind insgesamt sehr hochwertig gefertigt, detailgetreu und machen in unserem Weihnachtsdorf jede Menge Spaß.Ein NoGo war in diesem Fall aber die Verpackung (siehe Foto). Hier wurde auf die Ladenverpackung einfach ein Versandaufkleber geklatscht und das Ganze in die Post aus den USA nach Deutschland gegeben. Folge war eine beschädigte Figur, bei der das abgebrochene Teil während des Transportes verlustig gegangen ist, Reparatur unmöglich.Immerhin wurde der Gesamtpreis von Amazon schnell und unbürokratisch erstattet ohne das die Ware retoure gehen mußte.
