We rescued a dog that was one year old and not potty trained, aargh. He refuses to go number two outside. We put this on the balcony and he is actually going outside and going number two, some days, yay this might just work!!

What arrived did not look exactly like the photos on the page but it matched the dimensions and specs. I’d say it’s definitely not the best quality turf but it’s meant for dogs to pee and poop on so no need for it to be top tier. I wasn’t really needing it to be high quality bc I’m just using this temporarily while we renovate our back yard.

My dogs like to roll on the fake grass mat. They sleep on it and enjoy playing with their chew toys while relaxing on their indoor grass. I am happy with my purchase, and so are my dogs.

Amazon keeps delivering my packages to the wrong houses. I get pictures of the deliveries, not my house, and not always the same wrong house! Luckily, this time I recognized my neighbor's house and collected my bit of artificial turf. My rescued, 2-year-old dog was supposedly potty trained. Maybe half trained at best. We got a trainer. We love our dog. Every time we'd go anyplace with artificial turf - exterior store landscaping, artificial yard turf, putting green, display at a lumber yard, she'd go right on that turf! So I ordered this - the price was right. She ignored it, so I sprinkled on a bit of fox urine granules that I'd bought to deter squirrels from eating a wood railing. Wowza, she sniffed. She peed! She was well congratulated, praised, given treats, and I sure hope this keeps up.

My dog is 45 pounds and this is the last size change for him to use on the deck for emergency bathroom breaks. Light weight and essy to clean.

I normally don't leave Negative reviews, but this... and the Price. It is WAY smaller than it looks. Even tho I measured before purchasing. Item is terrible. It shed everywhere from the time I took it out of the box! Black stuff from the back, everywhere! Green grass, everywhere!! I had to vacuum from my kitchen to the hall and back to bedroom to box it back up. It's not as fluffy as it's made to look online. It's pretty flat. ran my had across it and it barely went to middle of fingers. Laid it out and my dog went to it and walked away like it was not something she wanted to walk on.

We adopted a 1.5 yo Basenji-Corgi girl (17 lbs.) a little more than a week ago who had been a stray before being rescued. Between her breed mix and unknown background, we knew that house training might be challenging. Sure enough, it has been. She refused to eliminate on the lanai decking, even though she watched (and sniffed) her 13 yo packmate brother (25 lbs) use it repeatedly for this purpose. So we bought this piece of fake grass and a bottle of OUT! Go Here Attractant Indoor & Outdoor Dog Training Spray to see if they might help her change her mind.Thanks to another reviewer, we knew to put a wee pad down first; spray a few squirts of the attractant onto the wee pad; then set the grass on top of the wee pad and give her the command to go potty. These two products, combined with tethering her to one of us at all times when we're inside the house, has worked beautifully! We started using this combination of strategies on Saturday, and she had no accidents in the house all weekend. It's now Monday, and we are beyond thrilled and thankful that we gave these two products a shot.We hose down the grass each time we change out the pee pad, so as to keep the grass sanitary and reduce odor (which could be overwhelming otherwise because of the humid climate we live in). It's a fast and easy cleanup process, and the grass has stood up to it quite well.Note: When we first received the grass, we cut off the few strings that were hanging from some of its sides, and only a couple of new strings have appeared. Unlike some other reviewers, we have not had any problems with its backing flaking off. We agree with the reviewers who said that this size of grass (47.24" x 31.5") is perfect for small/smallish (30 lbs and under) dogs but that folks with larger dogs might want to get at least two pieces of grass to increase their chances of success.
