Do you need paper wraps or is it optional ?

Definitely need paper wraps! I think it comes with some but depending on the length and thickness of your hair, you really want to have some extras on hand.

mine came with two neutralizer bottles one with a white cap one with a black cap where is the waving lotion?

I had the same problem, I requested a new one and the exact same box came with both neutralizer bottles.. maybe it is what it is?

How long to wait after perm befor coloring?

Hello, I waited about a month before coloring my hair after the perm and it was fine. I do though have very thick course hair if this makes a difference I don't know. I truly did and do love this perm. Hope this helps

The product is extremely bad.

I got this to curl my hair i followed the instructions word to word but the curl didnt hold properly only about 2-3 sections held their curl rest all of the hair is still straight. instead of curly hair my hair is now extremely frizzy and no curls can be seen.
