Great straps stronger than the standard smaller with straps. Ratchet mechanism sturdy, and has not broken under stress.

Bought because of the Stanley name. Thinking American. Was wrong. Straps poor quality. Ratchet bent on hand tightening. Like Craftsmen and DeWalt bought on Amazon the products have gone down hill. DeWalt ending 18v to force us all to by new power tools on Amazon. All are the same parent company that have cut corners to profiteer by under engineering then having the Chinese make the poor quality product. These straps will not hold 300 lbs and break long before 900 lbs. Website claims are not accurate. Again, ratchet ent on hand tightening. I should have boughten a Chinese brand on Amazon made to last instead of an American corporate product manufactured in China to US corporate standards. Plenty of better straps on Amazon. Beware Black & Decker straps are Stanley as well.

This item worked well but tangle up on me. It may be operator error but I little strength in my hands. The metal clamps were a little harsh for my fingers. I was able to tighten them so I could transport my scooter and wheelchair, but I had to buy a more expensive pair with plastic covering for my fingers to operate. Other than my personal limitation the product worked well.

was moving a bunch of items in cargo van to my new home. I have tons of great ratchet straps, but of course none with me. So, I bought two 4 packs of these due to how cheap they were. For this fact, I had very minimal expectations for quality or durability.They worked well, performed their duty. The big BUT, once I completed my move and tried to release some of the straps, the locking/latch mechanism "broke", came mis-aligned and I ended up having to cut the strap. Again, it did not bother me, for I paid minimal $ for them.To summarize, they work great in a pinch, I would not rely on them for constant use. They were "strong" and were able to really crank down, but the quality of the latching system is very lacking and possibly could create problem when trying to release them.Definitely would recommend if you need something in a pinch and for the price.

The load rating is 300 lbs. with 900 lb. breaking strength. That said, the straps feel sort of flimsy. They do work as expected. However,my main concern is how sharp the edges of the ratchet levers are. I had to file all of them down to prevent getting cut when using them. Seems like someone should have noticed this at some point in the process…Just be aware and you should be fine.

Got them right when I bought my truck and they’ve been used plenty since then. They’ve held grills, mattresses, and a lot of other heavy things with no slips or issues. The straps are quality and thick so you don’t have to worry about tears and as long as you know how ratchet straps work they’re easy to use.
