Perfect honey dipper
Love this honey dipper. It’s exactly what I wanted. Easy to clean, inexpensive and long lasting. More sanitary than the wooden ones. And this holds a fair amount of honey, unlike the other “Amazon recommended metal honey dipper”. It’s the perfect amount for coffee or tea. Easy to use.

About what I expected, but the silicone is not firmly attached
Overall, pretty nice. I like how the head of it is shaped and the handle is reasonable. That said, not enough care was taken when welding the ball to the end of the handle, and it's a bit unsightly and unpolished. Also, I was hoping the head was actually part of the handle, and just coated in silicone; this isn't the case. It stays on a better than the model from Le Creuset, but still pops off relatively easy. Maybe not an issue in most cases, but I was disappointed in it.

Silicone Dipper Definitely Beats the Wooden Types
For sometime now, I had been on a search for a honey dipper. While the hand-blown glass types are very pretty, I erred on the side of caution for something that would not easily break.PROs: A stainless steel handle and the silicone base enables the honey, syrup, caramel, etc. to drizzle off very easily, along with very easy clean up. Well made and sturdy.CON: The entire length is 6", which comes up a little short for dipping in the type of jars that store the toppings. Had the length been about 2" more, the product would have rated 5 stars for me.

Nice, but not red. Pink.
Seems to work as it should. My interpretation is that you use the honey dipper so that you do not contaminate the honey. I think it holds honey better than a spoon. It stays in the honey jar. You don't stir your tea with it. It doesn't touch the tea or anything else, Just the honey. The only reason that I gave it four rather than five stars is that it is pink. Not red. Most of my stuff is red. With some blue, yellow, or green. No pink. Hate pink. I am not going to return it simply because it is pink. But I would have gotten the yellow one. I'm glad that it will live in the honey jar and seldom be seen.

My out of the box experience was dampened slightly when I saw the two tack-welds, or solders, that held the little ball to the end of the handle. They appear crudely done but will probably hold. If the little ball falls off, I will make a wooden handle replacement. As far as function goes, I'll give it a spin for breakfast this morning. The business end seems to be well attached to the stem.

I'd buy it again for sure.
This makes putting honey on anything very easy and clean. No mess, just give it a little twist and move it. I also think it's pretty easy to clean. I'd certainly buy one again. Some people complained about it being too short, I don't find this to be true. It gets to the bottom of my mason jar no problem, and even has a knob at the end of the handle for easier grip. This complaint should be invalid, because it gives the length in the item description. I rate it 5 stars.

Check the depth of your honey pot/jar. This is pretty short.
So, I know the dimensions are in the description and this isn't the seller's fault... but this is REALLY short. Like, for my application, unusably short.I can't speak to how it works, since it doesn't reach the honey in my honey pot.

Solid Construction for Honey Dipping
I really like the stainless steel stem and the silicone tip. The dipper feels solid and substantial in my hand. It scoops out just the right amount of honey and I don't worry about bacteria settling in a wood dipper's imperfections. This is like a surgical instrument for honey lovers. The stem is just the right length to let stand in a cup of hot tea. It's not too long. Easy to clean and store.
