I was looking for a full spectrum RGB set of lights for some small product photography projects and Instagram posts. (Not at a huge production level by any means, but looking to up my creative game) My previous set of lights were some LED umbrella shaped lights which had only 2 settings and were cumbersome to store. Overall, they were far too dim and unimpressive. The RGB was a huge interest for me, so I began hunting on Amazon and realized there weren’t too many RGB options in my price point.I read a few reviews saying they were disappointed with a few things about the product so I braced myself for no travel case & a possibly janky app. However, clearly the brand is listening, because these lights came in one of the best travel cases I’ve ever had for any photography equipment (it was almost my favorite item in the kit besides the lights) AND the app worked flawlessly while I staged multiple photo scenes for a full day of shooting. As others mentioned, it’s a nice surprise how durable & sturdy the stands are too. Absolutely no regrets here! Extreme value for the price in my opinion, and overall very happy with my purchase. Will update with some final result photos & if anything changes in the future.

I upgraded my studio back lights to these. Wow what a difference these have made. The colors look great on screen.

The lights work fine, but the way the light connects to the stand is very awkward, doesn't feel secure and the light sits at a slant on the top of the tripod. It's easy to use, and is a great value for the money, but I would prefer if the connection from light to tripod was more secure.

Lovely product worth every penny. That lights and settings is easy to adjust. I highly recommend it.

I do videos for charities and organizations. I don't charge for my work, but they still expect a quality product. The difference between an amateur job and one that looks professional, in my opinion is lighting. Most just turn on a camera and shoot. When I paid almost $4,000 for a new video camera, I decided I was going to start paying more attention to the smaller details, lighting, audio etc. I bought some umbrella lights, but found them difficult and time consuming to set up. These GVM lights set up quickly and can adjust to any setting. With my old lights, I always felt they weren't bright enough. The GVM lights give you more light than you need for most jobs and are adjustable not just in brightness, but light temperature. The lights are well built, sturdy and still lightweight. I highly recommend them. And, the service is also great. There was a small piece missing in my order and I emailed the company and I had the piece within two days. No argument, they just seemed to want me to be happy. I am planning on buying two more lights for my green screen work soon.

Good quality

The app does not allow you to control both light separately. This means disconnecting from one and reconnecting with the other. Often the lights wouldn't be found unless you turn them off then on again for the blue tooth to turn on. Overall they seemed great beside those issues.
