Very lemony! Bought this to add a little more flavor to my lemon ginger tea and because I keep running into recipes that call for lemon zest, but I don't just keep lemons lying around waiting to be zested.Added bonus: every time I open the cupboard it smells like a freshly peeled lemon! I might just stash some little pouches of it throughout the house for a refreshing aroma.

This is a preliminary review, as I have not yet tried cooking with the product, however I have tasted the product and it seems bitter. I'll update my review after using them in cooking.

I use the lemon in my tea when I am out of fresh lemons. Also use in cooking to add a little zest to a dish. Very good to have on your pantry shelf when you need it.
