I love it this organic raw cacao , I use it every morning in my breakfast with cereal and quinoa, and olive oil and I also add cinnamon and berries. These cacao nibs honored there claim. Supper fragrant and super delicious. I am happy and satisfied by my experience with these nibs. FYI: This is not any type of candy coating or sweet treet. Important: This is a natural fermented item, and sometimes these bags have hard fragments from the nib shell; exactly like bags of walnuts, almonds, etc., where shell pieces might be present. Almost all servings had zero shell fragments. This is my goto brand, for sure!
