Slippery Customer
Dispenses soap most of the time when you put your hand under it, but sometimes you have to give it a moment between multiple squirts. Given that it's the first home model for "foaming" soap that I'm aware of, it's pretty darn good. I've bought two and I'll buy more. It's been several weeks now and they're still going strong. (I'm using rechargeable Eneloop batteries, also available from Amazon).UPDATE: My hands are clean as heck! This thing is so much fun that I wash them whether they need it or not. Put one at the kitchen sink so when you're cutting up chicken you can wash your hands often to chase away those nasty bacteria.

Very Satisfied & Am Buying More for the Rest of the House
I highly recommend this.I initially was hesitant about purchasing this since I purchased a SimpleHuman Soap Dispenser from Bed Bath & Beyond in the past. The SimpleHuman one needed its batteries replaced every other week it seemed.I purchased this based on the reviews & I'm overly satisfied & I'm buying 2 more; 1 for the kids' bathroom & 1 for ours. In the 3+ months that I've had it, I haven't had to change the batteries except once. I've had to change the soap a few times, but the batteries just once that I can remember. The pump works well. There are 2 settings for dispensing; 1 short & 1 long. I get regular soap refill when it's on sale & I fill up the reservoir about 1/5 of the way. Then I fill it up with water up to the neck of the reservoir. Then I shake it before I turn the soap dispenser back on.Easy peasy lemon squeezey.

Easy to put together
Works exactly as advertised. Easy to put together. I tend to like my foam to be thicker vs thin, so I'm doing about 3-4 parts water to one part soap. At the time of writing this is the most cost effective foaming option. Not the prettiest, it's just white plastic, not ugly but could be a cooler design. Not taking anything away, for a cost effective automatic foam dispenser, this seems to be the best on Amazon. Working great.***UPDATE - don't listen to the reviewers who say nothing comes out and are returning it. It clearly states in the instructions you need to operate the unit a good 10+ times (for me it was way more) to work the solution up the tube for the first time. Since it uses SO little solution, it takes a bunch of times before it makes it up. Even when you don't think it is...it is. Took a bunch of times to get it up the tube and has worked flawlessly ever since***

Was ready to love it, but had to send it back -- twice.
The media could not be loaded. Oh how I tried. I ordered the item, set it up immediately, and after 4 attempts at putting out foam, the sensor started automatically switching to red and giving me nada. I tried the troubleshooting guidance, I tried swapping out the product for water, and then I tried ordering another one -- same issue. I gave this thing probably 60 min of my life total, including this review, the video review, troubleshooting 2 products, and packing up / requesting refunds for Amazon. No little gizmo such as this that is meant to simplify and add to your life should waste your time like this. I don't know how long the product has been around, but as of January 2016 it seems to have reached a quality control reliability hiccup.See my video review for the full walkthrough of the experience and details on what to expect and why my situation didn't work out. I rarely write reviews, and this is the first product video I have ever made -- I was that frustrated. :) I lie in the video and say "quick and detailed" and it turned out pretty long. My bad. Let's just say "detailed." ;)

Love touchless
So far so good. My previous touchless soap dispenser finally gave out after at least 5 years. I like the foam version a lot. Touchless is the only way to go as far as I am concerned. I use them in my kitchen as well as the bathrooms. I followed the instructions for using my own liquid soap: basically it is one part soap and two parts water. The soap is going to go a long way!No drips on the counter, which has been a problem with some other styles of touchless dispensers.

Works perfectly!
I have purchased four of these. Two for myself and two as gifts. I'm thinking of buying a third for myself! I filled it with equate antibacterial foaming hand wash 32oz available at Walmart for just a little over two dollars. Works perfectly! I have been using the first one I purchased for over three weeks now and after multiple daily uses I haven't had to refill it yet. Also I have looked around and $30 is a great price! If I have any future issues with this item I will update.

doing the job
Replacing one I bought somewhere else that the motor finally died on after 3 years. This one doesn't make it super foamy like my other one, but it works. And bonus is I can make my own soap, where the other one I had to use special soap.
