This chair is lovely—beautiful, soft, and incredibly comfortable. The quality is excellent, particularly the metal support, which feels sturdy and well-made, not like cheaper materials. I’m especially pleased with choosing the velvet fabric version; it’s an excellent option for keeping cozy during the winter.

First class chair !
I purchased this chair for my office and there was a fsult with the gas cylinder. However, I contacted Songmics the supplier and they were fantastic, they arranged to deliver a replacement, and collected the faulty chair. The new chair is comfortable and good quality for the money. I cannot recommend this company enough the customer service is first class !!!!!!
