Most better AudioQuest NRG-Z3 and Wireworld Aurora
Almost two months ago I purchased an AudioQuest NRG-Z3 for filter. This cable is not bad, but I was haunted by the feeling of incompleteness...About two weeks ago, I accidentally tried the two usb-cables Viborg, which amazed me, these cables turned out to be cheaper and almost ten times better than top AQ, Oyaide, DH Labs... After such results, I decided to try Viborg power cables. And I received this cable today. Immediately after the first turn on, without warming up, the Viborg MBU1501 stood out with greater transparency and depth in comparison with the AudioQuest NRG-Z3.As it turned out, AudioQuest NRG-Z3 distorts the upper bass and mids and he heavily compressed in sound. Wireworld also distorts the mids. With Viborg MBU1501, the acoustics just started singing, the sound is more honest and rich, more rhythm and exciting emotions (m-m-m just fantastic). And in general, the sound has become not only twice as good, it is a higher level of top-end Hi-Fi, this is a phenomenal change. I'm happy!I don't see much difference in the image yet, but Viborg MBU1501 gives a smoother image with less flickering. As a result, I came to a bunch: Viborg MBU1501 + Emotiva filter + Viborg MBU1501 C7 + Viborg UC01(USB) to speaker Monoprice MM-5R and I'm very satisfied. Even on these cheap acoustics, sometimes there is a feeling the initial level of Hi-End sounding. This is infra-low frequencies, which causes resonance of internal organs, transparency, a feeling of lack of acoustics, emotionality, there are so many details in music that your mind is lost from analysis! The cable warms up quickly. There are slight distortions in the first 5-7 hours and gradually you begin to grab more and more...

Audio bling is a real thing
First things first, these cables are crazy huge, thick and not too flexible. You need to make sure you have a good amount of space for these because of their inflexibility and weight. Also should buy a little longer than you need because you don't want to strain the equipment receptor plug. These are the anaconda of power cables. Came in top notch classy packaging. I bought these for the shielding trying to eliminate a tiny bit of hum from my subwoofers in my 2.2 turntable setup. These do not "open up the sound" or "create velvety mids and chocolatey bass and minty treble". Lets get that out of the way and not spout audiophile nonsense. The heavens didn't part and my 10k system didnt suddenly start sounding magical. However, they do appear to have helped with the hum although that may be the good old audiophile placebo in effect. It's bling for your audio gear which is why you don't spend crazy amounts on cables.

Jaw Meets Floor
I recently purchased a McIntosh MA-9000 (soon to have the MA-12000) and it was during the demo I learned how a power cable can make a difference. I did not want to leave the shop with a $1,000 power cable. I needed to see what was out there. I did my research and what caught my eye about this cable is the graphic of how it is built and shielded. Viborg's site, story, everything screams quality. This perception was confirmed when I opened the box and especially when I heard it for the first time. The difference between the $1,000 vs stock cable in the store was subtle in comparison to the difference between the Viborg vs the stock cable at home. The difference is significant and the best example / proof I've heard on how after market cabling can make a big difference in getting the most from your investment. This is a keeper. A steal.

Too big to fit.
I've yet to find a piece of audio equipment that is able to accommodate this behemoth of an AC power cord. Its exceptionally well made, from head to toe, but don't under estimate the size of the plugs - THEY'RE HUUUUUUUGE. So make sure your gear is actually able to accommodate them before spending this much dough on it. Is the price justified? Depends on how much you value cable 'jewelry'.
