I do not like the capsulated supplements and so I chose this one in tablets, which I believe it better in quality. I have been taking the pills for 3 weeks, 1 pill/day. I do feel more energy and do not feel so tired at the end of the day. I also feel losing weight especially the fat in the waist. But recently I feel tired again although I am still taking a pill per day. I am afraid that it is losing its power by time like other supplements. But in general it is pretty good to make some energy back without disturbing your sleep. I provide the following results after using it for over 2 months. I always take 1 pill/day and it constantly makes me feel more energetic. I feel a bit down if I do not take it, which is the feeling before I started using this supplement. I have tried many other products to boost my energy and only this one works for me. At the beginning, it did help me lose some weight but now it seems not so obvious on this matter. I am going to use this tablets for long term and hopefully it will not bring side effects as so far I do not feel any side effects.

This brand is very good, you can generally count on the products to be good quality. My mother always told us only the same 4 stories over and over every day. I had read that this stuff generated new nerve cells, and that it could penetrate the blood-brain barrier (hard to do), I got to thinking that it could help with my mother's memory. Growing new brain cells improves dementia, a well documented result. So about a week after starting this my mother now regales me with tales of my childhood, AND HERS. She seems to remember everything now. She still has short term memory loss because she won't take 2 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil daily like I suggest. Medium chain triglycerides can dramatically improve dementia. When I started at the Naval Hospital in the 90's acetyl-l-carnitine was a prescription drug we used for metabolic diseases, by the way.

It is not the fatigue that comes from using the muscles of the body, but it is excellent in recovering and improving the fatigue that occurs when using the brain. I plan to continue to use this product steadily in the future.
