Screen came with tools including a set of 3 screw drivers, as well as screen removal tools including the suction cup, and opening picks.The screwdriver set also included the tri-point screwdriver that is essential to remove internal screws.Installation of the screen was easy since the backplate comes with the screen, which saves a significant amount of time instead of having to move the backplate from the old screen onto the new screen.It also came with a screen protector which can be applied after the screen has been replaced.The adhesive seal to secure the screen to the board (ie the water resistant seal) is also included and can be applied after the screen has been if required.Bracket on the screen holds the speaker and sensor assembly in place very well.Screen quality is perfect and overall is an excellent product with the correct tools to allow a quick and easy screen replacement. No issues at all while installing. All in a great purchase!

This screen is amazing and If it is installed properly with care, will give no issuesThis was my first screen repair and this screen itself is high quality, with no screen or touch issuesMy only issue was the screwdrivers that came with the kit went brittle because of my own mistake and had to order higher quality Y000 0.6 x 25mm and plus 1.5mm x 25mmTips:-Follow ifixit guide for iphone XR screen replacement-Care must be taken when taking off sensors from old screen and putting them in new screen-Slide a piece of plastic cover between the battery cable and battery connector on motherboard so it does not accidently connect while doing screen replacement-Peal one plastic of the black seal that comes with screenplace the black water proofing seal that comes with screen by matching the corners, as all corners on the inside bezels have unique shape, apply some heat to the corners of the phone so seal can sit and stick to the phone bezels inside and then remove the plastic cover

Just received the screen after my phone touch screen stopped working. It was easy to install, and oddly enough, I think the colours are brighter than the original apple screen on the phone! I panicked so much with the fact I had no working phone and I was happy to find that the new one works great. Face ID is a little slower than it used to be, but it’s no problem for me.

The screen was relatively easy to install and seemed good qualityAll was fine but after two weeks the screen started to lose sensitivity. Typing became difficult, double letters started to appear, not able to scroll. Now the phone is uselessItem return requested

Overall, a good screen replacement, easy to fit and it works well. However despite the sellers bribing people with a gift card to leave a 5 star review, there are a few flaws. Firstly, The tools are a bit flimsy and some broke right at the start and secondly, the screen refresh rate is fairly slow, slower than it should be, motion is more blurred than what it used to be and colours don’t match up with how it should.All in all, it’s a good screen to use if you don’t want to pay Apple to do it but be aware it’s not perfect

Great value and quality screen replacement. My old screen was falling to pieces, I was thinking of getting a new phone before I came across this and thought I’d give it a try. I’m so happy I did as it made my phone look and feel like new. Comes with all the tools required to do the job and was easy enough to do myself.

Very easy to fit the screen. The tools do their job ok. The screen once live is similar in colour depth to the original and as sensitive. The customer service is also outstanding - I had a follow up email from Yulianna who wanted to know everything about the product and ensure I was happy. Very pleased overall. I cannot fault the customer service or the product.

Took about 2 hours to install - for a first time screen replacer who doesn’t like to rush. The screen is good though is less sensitive than the original apple screen and it’s noticeable. It also flickers very slightly but only if you’re looking for it. I bought to replace a damaged screen which had lines all over it. Great value compared to paying hundreds for a new handset.
