Design Toscano Knights of The Digital Realm Sculptural Bookends

I like these bookends very much. They look even better in real life than the photos show, they are sturdy and heavy enough to do their job, and they fit in perfectly for my game shelf where I have them placed. When you first see these, if you are interested in them be confident they are a quality item and you will not be disappointed.

These are quality bookends. They are heavy enough to keep large books in place. They look better in person than they did on the Amazon website. The painting on the red crosses, for example, looks better on my bookends than the pictured bookends, where it seems a little off. That's likely because they are hand-painted, so each one is going to be a little different.As for durability, you can easily bend the Knight's sword with your finger, so they're a bit delicate on the extremities. The bases feel nice and sturdy though. I don't think it will ever break down just sitting on my shelf, but if you knock it around getting books out, you're going to break it.I always play the honorable "white knight" or Paladin or Crusader in video games, charging in with a sword and shield to protect the innocent, and wanted bookends for my gaming books that reflected my personality. These fit me perfectly. I highly recommend them to anyone who likes their style, and I don't think you will be disappointed.

AWESOME! Way overused word, but is the only thing that can fully describe how cool these book ends are. They are heavy and painted very well.
