Need more information. How tall is the window? Is it a box window? Measure the length you want to cover, then hem the bottom to that length. Do not cut the curtain to that length or it will be too short after you fold up the fabric to hem it. Usually a four inch hem is standard and a half inch to fold under to stitch. If you want to cover the 10 ft. (120 inches) your 108 inch will probably be 112 inches when you take the hem out and you would have no hem unless you add a strip of interface at the bottom to make your hem, and it still would be short 8 inches. Is the top of the window at the ceiling where you will put your rod, if not you might adjust your rod some to accommodate the length. Good luck.
