Q: I purchased the face blaster, one of the claws broke. Who do I ask for a replacement from?

I reveived an email a few day after receipt. The email was from Ashley Black Guru - Amazon Market Place asking what i thought about the product. I responded that it was broke. They emailed me back with instructions. They had me send them a few pictures. They sent a replacement and i did not have to return the broken one. The replacement was fine and is still in good condition.

Q: If the seller is Ashley Black Guru will the same warranty apply?
