I actually bought my first pair based on the Worst Review saying "grandma underwear"; up to five now. These replace another name brand liner shorts I ran and suffered with.If you want light, crisp, comfortable 7 inch shorts with a liner, get these: smooth, no binding, no chafing, taller rise than other lined shorts, and breathable liner.- Running ... the above, and the liner is one piece. The seams fold outwards at the leg openings and at the very top of the waistband. No edge material other the fold itself. The inside is a bit thicker and stretchier meaning the stitched thread does not stick out from the liner.- NON-BEARING Leg Rehab requiring cast or appliances like boots.The size Large liner leg holes fit over my broken-leg boot (without help, on or off), and, as I am stuck in a recliner chair for hours at a time, the shorts and liner breathe. In other words, the outside looks good, while the inside is touching the stuff that would otherwise get hot, uncomfortable, and nasty between shower-chair showers. You can wear these into the shower, get them wet if need be, and remove them over a waterproof leg bag.- Moreover, there are deep side pockets that extend about an inch down into the bottom second color as seen in the pictures. I put my phone in there, get up, crutch to the next place ... all good.- These are bloused a bit, so I make sure not to get my thumbs or crutch handle wing nuts hitting the pocket flap ... wing nuts face the rear. I did buy one size smaller than normal, as suggested.- They look fine to wear to Doctor appointments, have big pockets, and all without worrying about exposing yourself to the public, waiting room, or staff.- So, lifesaver for Running and Unable-to-Walk ... I am 6'00 215 (38-inch-ish) and Large is great. Easy on/Easy off for one legged bathroom sitting, too.

Son bastante ligeros, adecuados para zonas de calor, bonito diseño verde muy oscuro, tienen calzón interno liso (no de malla) por lo que parecen más un traje de baño. Sólo tiene una cremallera en el bolsillo posterior, dos bolsillos laterales y sin bragueta. La talla me quedó bien. Recomendable.

I LOL’ed after reading the review here complaining about how these running shorts come with built-in “granny panties.” Yes they have a liner, which is built-in underwear. It’s not for everyone. As a runner, I like it because it holds things in place and is chafing-resistant. It also reduces the amount of laundry I have to do (since I don’t need separate underwear for these).I have a 33 inch waist and I found the medium to fit me perfectly. I’m 5’8” and the shorts come to mid-thigh. They are a bit loose which is good because I have a muscular lower body. Suffice to say, I’m pleased with the length and sizing.I run 15-20 miles a week and these shorts will help me achieve my goal in comfort. Thank you, shorts.

I got these, to run in. They are very comfortable, no issues with the inner liner rubbing the wrong way. Which is very important. For running shorts, I give them a 9 out of 10. Highly recommend it.
