Q: Can I use this on face and or eye area?

I use it on my upper eye lids but any extra that comes out I use on the rest of my face. It’s a small bottle and not cheap that’s why I reserve it for the upper eye lid but u could use it on rest of face

I don't know if this can be used as a neck cream. I believe its best used on the body, arms & legs. Perhaps a retinol face cream better suited to fragile neck skin

Q: Would this help with stretch marks?

I used Cold Plasma for wrinkles and its very effective. I don't know if it works for stretch marks. I thought products like coconut or Shea butter was best for stretch marks and a lot cheaper.
