This thing rips. I love the temp control, heats right up, qucikly, no problems at all.

works good as stated. very quick warm up and temperature display is excellent. I had trouble getting the solder stick to the cupper cable, the provided rasin is for that purpose. I think my cables were strange, they are rejecting the solder like teflon. the small pieces come together with it are very handy and useful. this is a very economical and useful tool for a quick small soldering job.

So far so good. I've had it a few months and for the price it's great option for people new to soldering. It's working as expected, heats up pretty quick, and let me down so far. I'll update if I have any issues.(Been using for desoldering and soldering ps5 joysticks, working perfectly.)

I normally use a small, low-wattage Weller soldering iron. It's been great for general electronics assembly, but it didn't have the power for tricky desoldering of some connectors. So I bought this one to try it out. With it, I was able to desolder all those connectors within minutes! Very impressed with this thing's power! And it has some next-level features too, like an on/off switch, adjustable temperature, and quick-change tips. Overall, this thing's a great value for its price!

Worked perfectly. The adjustment is a little slow but very easy to use and provides excellent control. It gets up to temperature very quickly as advertised. I would definitely recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. This soldering iron seemed too cheap to be worth spending money on. It has a ton of good reviews, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I do not have professional soldering skills, but I know enough to get wires soldered together. This soldering iron works as well as any soldering iron I have used. For the price, you can't go wrong. I am looking forward to more projects that will require soldering, so I can really test this thing out. But, for my clipper repair project, this worked perfectly.

I was able to use it to replace the battery in my GameCube. It got the job done. However, do NOT leave it on for more than a minute or two at a time. I left it on for 5 minutes while trying to desolder the battery and the handle got extremely hot. It burned my fingers and left blisters. The handle is poorly and cheaply insulated so it doesn’t protect your hands from the heat.

This is actually a really good little soldering kit! I had the infamous capacitor failure in the dash of my Prius, so I had no display at all. Took the display out, and thanks to this kit - I was able to solder in a new capacitor. I've never done such a job, and this kit made it super easy. I put on the very fine tip, removed the old capacitor with ease, cleaned the area, installed the new capacitor, and it worked like a chain!There is resin, solder, a sponge, various sized tips, and a holder - all made the job quick, easy, and pain-free!
