I rescued a gnome a couple of years ago that had been abandoned when it’s owner moved house. This year I decided to give him an overdue facelift and having researched the subject placed an order for an acrylic paint set from Willows. The set, consisting of 24 tubes of paint and 3 brushes has proven extremely easy to use and very effective in smartening Cyril the gnome up. I highly recommend this product. Very well presented with a quality feel and good value for money. I am now looking for other garden objects to smarten up.

I've been painting for a good few years now; I have always shopped around for my paints - and as a result I've tried and tested loads of different brands over the years. Anyway, I think I've found my go-to now!Superior quality paints, especially for the price! (I've paid a lot more in the past for far worse paints). Lovely to apply to both canvas and paper, and it dries really well too. Love the depth and range of colours too; the strong pigmentation also means a little will go a long way.Couldn't recommend these enough. I've even bought more to give as gifts to my painter friends!The surprise addition of the brushes was a bonus too, especially quality brushes like these. Also makes this a perfect starter or gift set, while the quality of the paints will keep you coming back as you progress! What a lovely touch.

Having tried many different brands of acrylic paint, Willow Paints are the best I have bought. Some of the cheaper brands are a waste of money, because they are more diluted than the more expensive brands and usually come in plastic tubes. Willow Accrylic Paints come in alluminium tubes, which keeps the paint much better than plastic tubes. The pigment use in their paint is very good and the consistency is thicker, making coverage better than the majority of other brands.I use these paints mainly on wooden models and I don't need to give the wood a second coat, or even use a primer. This paint dries quckly too, if applied neat, which is ideal for applying to wood surfaces.I will continue to use this beand, because it is the best paint I have ever used so far, for painting on wood.

As this set was for a neighbour who paints l can't really comment. But he seems reasonable happy

Arrived within 24 hours in perfect condition (in a beautifully presented box!) and I've really enjoyed using them since.They're highly pigmented so a little goes a long way, and they both blend and layer really well. The range of colours is also very good, and have dried faster on paper than any paint I have used before!The included brushes were also a really nice touch as I didn't realise they were included when I purchased - these too are very good quality.Would absolutely recommend.

These seem like good quality paint with plenty of pigment and nice to use.

Arrived with a part of the box bashed in and torn, and with a number of the tubes squeezed in as a result. If this was for myself I wouldn't care, but seeing as it’s for a friend’s birthday I’m definitely disappointed.I’m aware that the developer of the paints might not have control over how amazon chooses to deliver it, but they could have designed the packaging to be a bit more robust to avoid this.I cant comment on the quality of the paints themselves though, so it might be a fine product for you if you don’t care about bad presentation.
