Your better off taking a full shoe insert!
The half insert does not work well in most shoes. Moves around and raises the heel too much for most shoes, but would work in a pair of boots or high tops. As it’s a half, you can’t remove your existing soles, so the fit is uncomfortable.

Las compre para mi mamá porque tenía varios días quejándose de su talón apenas tiene 4 días usándola pero refiere que ya le lástima menos que ha podido descansar y que incluso le corrije la postura que estaba adoptando de enchuecar el pie para que no le doliera tanto pisar las recomienda mil 🙌🏻

They help with my foot pain so much, that I bought a second pair so I can have a pair in my indoor shoes, and my outdoor shoes. Love them so much! My foot pain was crippling, then after I received my first pair, after wearing them for a week, I noticed a HUGE difference! The pain wasn’t half as bad. If I go without wearing my shoes with the orthotics, I have pain the next day. They’re fantastic, amazing, and I recommend them for anyone with plantars fasciitis, best $50 ($25 CAD per pair) I ever spent! The fabric did rub off pretty easily, but that doesn’t matter. What matters is how well they work. I’ve recommended these to friends who have PF, or know someone which PF.

Bought this last week sep 2025 Only item that has helped me with planter fasciitis and I've tried EVERYTHING!!! still a little pain but I've been doing alot of walking since I got them but no limping for the first 2 days....result
