33 whistles one is to three water in a pressure cooker.
The rice is of great taste. Very low GI. Only issue is cooking this. I use a 2 litre prestige outer lid pressure cooker to cook one cup rice with three cups water with 33 whistles to get an edible cook. I added a tsp of ghee and a little (1/4 tsp) salt. That makes it ready to eat. You need to chew the rice properly to take it's sweet taste.
