Great soap for crafting and projects
My kids and I were making soaps that could write on the bathtub walls (and each other!). This was very easy to use - I cut off the pieces of the block, we microwaved them, added washable finger paint, and poured it into a soap mold. It dried much faster than I expected, probably within 30-40 minutes, though I let it sit longer. The soaps are fun and don't affect my youngest's sensitive skin. We've done a couple more batches as gifts since the original purchase.

Great soap for my first time!
Recently bought this to make some soaps for myself and for our mother's for mother's day. The soap lathers well and was so easy to work with. The directions are easy to follow. A little pricey on here but great soap!

Very Moisturizing
I thought that I was ordering the white soap base rather than the clear soap base. I like the "natural" look of the white, opaque base when small amounts of dye are added. But I have tried this base, anyway, and it makes good, glycerin soap.Glycerin or goat's milk-based soap really leaves your skin feeling great, nice and soft and non-greasy. I am beginning to go through my soap and skin care products and toss those that are loaded with non-natural additives. I am going to make my own soap and also soaps as small gifts for friends from now on. It is easy and fun, and the resulting product is very, very nice.Don't put in too much dye or you get a sort of garish looking soap. Just put in a drop or even less and mix and then see if you want another tiny drop. I am waiting for some powder soap-making dye and so I used food coloring for my first bar. It actually works just fine. And you can add any herbs, or honey, or olive oil, or other items you might have in the kitchen. I have olive oil, almond oil, jojoba oil, avocado oil, and coconut oil to try. Don't put too much oil in either, no matter which, or which combination, you use. I think my teacher said 1 teaspoon, max. Too much will not mix in and will rise to the surface of the bar. But you can just pour it off; it doesn't ruin the soap. You melt the soap base in the microwave; doesn't take long. Then mix in your dye, then your additives if you want them, and last the fragrance. You can use your new bar of soap the next day. You can try lots of things for molds, and plastic molds are available in hobby stores. Watch the soap base that hobby stores sell, though. It can have as many unnatural additives as commercial soaps. Read the ingredients before you decide to buy.You can harden the soap at room temperature or put it in the fridge or even the freezer if you are impatient to see how it turns out. Don't leave it in the freezer too long, though, maybe 20 minutes at most.

Great product
This was the perfect product for my wife to start making soap for the first time. We were really impressed with just how easy it was to make high quality soap. Overpriced compared to other stores online though.

AWEFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know all the other reviews are good but there is BARELY ANY SOAP!!!!!! I am EXTREMELY disapointed with this product!!!! I almost cried when i received this product because i was expecting a decent amount to refill my soap making kit. Instead I get this tiny crapy little peice of stupid soap enough for 1 bar!!!!! It is a TOTAL RIPOFF. I was so excited and now i'm really sad:(

Great product!
Learned about this glycerine soap at a friend's soapmaking party. Easy to heat in microwave, add color or whatever and pour into soap mold. We quickly learned that the soap does not bother my husband's soap allergy, it lathers well, and as an added bonus...does not leave a build up on our tubs and showers. Now we just order the block and cut off bars as needed, don't even bother with the soap molds. Highly recommend this product!
