I bought this comb because I already bought a wood brush (bamboo with wood pins). My hair gets extremely staticy in the winter and is prone to break more because of it. I have very long, waist length hair and it's important to me to treat it very gently and use good products as I rarely get my hair trimmed. This comb is amazing! It glides through my hair without pulling, has nice wide teeth and is almost 100% anti-static. It is also good for distributing the natural oils from root to drier areas of my hair. Another perk is it looks pretty sitting on my vanity. I want to get a couple more, one for my purse and one for my dresser. I highly recommend this comb especially for long-haired people who want to preserve their locks and control winter static.

As a curly head, I’ve used wide toothed combs for decades. When I needed a replacement, I was delighted to find wooden options (limiting plastic in purchases these days). This one caught my eye because of the sandalwood. I am thrilled with it! It glides over my scalp smoothly (no catches) and the tooth width is perfect for my tangle-probe curls. It’s got a solid heft; not flimsy or brittle feeling, and the finish is excellent. I plan to buy more.

I’ve used boar bristle brushes for the past 40 years. I have very fine, long, straight hair. I thought they were perfect for my hair until I bought this wide tooth comb and another medium tooth comb. Now I have no static, and barely ever need to comb it. I never use my brush anymore. I highly recommend buying wood combs for your hair!

Love this comb sooo much. The ONLY comb I've ever owned that I can use in my hair when dry without it turning into a poof ball. Great for scalp. Gently using it as a stimulant has really help with dandruff if I do it daily for a minute or two. Also has greatly improved the overall health of my hair. I'm trying to heal it by going more natural and this comb makes a significant difference. Nooo more plastic for me that's for sure

I purchased a plastic wide-tooth comb. This wooden one is much better for my hair. It is smoother and less likely to pull my hair out.

Love! Durable, smooth with no splinters, snags. Glides through my thick but fine, easily tangled super curly hair like a dream. Was concerned wood would hurt scalp, but no! Gets rid is all my static , which is the reason I purchased. Feels great in hand, although a tad small. Wish there was a larger size and with longer handle and longer teeth for those with thicker hair. Would instantly purchase! But for now, madly in love with the wide tooth comb I purchased! :) Amazing product!

I bought the set of 3 and am glad I did. I had read that some people got combs with mold on them. Of the 3 that I got, my fine tooth one had a very fine white fiber like something in between the teeth. It wasn't a big deal, I took an old toothbrush and gently brushed that out from between the teeth and rinsed the comb. It's like it was never there. I don't see how that happening could be the seller's fault as they are organic material and hold a tiny amount of moisture from being in the bag. That's a good thing, no one wants a dried out cracked and brittle comb right? Now that I used the toothbrush to get that off and it isn't stored in a plastic bag for shipping purposes, the comb is just fine.The handles are super ergonomic and fit comfortably in my hand. I am sensitive to energies and my hair carries a lot of energetic 'debris' for lack of a better word. Shampooing it only goes so far to get rid of that, and I've been searching for a way to get it 'cleaner'. Apparently my mistake had been using plastic and not organic combs because after combing my hair out with these wooden ones, it feels as fresh to me as if I'd let the wind run through my hair for awhile. There something to say for that kind of freshness in my opinion.All in all I am really happy to have these combs, I just wish they had come with some kind of case to protect them in if I want to take them with me for traveling. I would not want them breaking due to my luggage being possibly tossed around carelessly. I will be wrapping mine in something padded when I travel. Other than that, no complaints!

This is an amazing comb. I am 66 and my very long hair was starting to thin and fall out. My hair has thickened and falls out much less since using this wood comb. Doesn't pull on my hair and combed out my tangles even after a shower very smoothly. It feels very good on my scalp as well. This is made very sturdy and has nice thick teeth. I will never use a plastic comb again. I highly recommend.
