The way these completely fall apart is making my small business look bad.
I bought these because my badge reel sales were increasing. I have had too many people come back to tell me theirs broke completely apart. One was so mad that she looked me in the face and told me she threw the "WHOLE" badge reel away in the trash; this includes the acrylic part of the badge I custom made for her. This comment was made in front of coworkers & customers.

Out of 50 this on does not stay closed when you fasten it closed so we won’t be able to hand this one out to members of staff if we could have one sent out as we need it for work thank you

Good product
I’ve tried a few different brands to clip my employee ID badge to my belt and most disappoint by falling apart after only a few days of use. These ones have not faced the same fate and I am still using my first one. The irony is that these well built ones come in a pack of 50, meaning if they continue to hold up they will last a lifetime!
