Does the Rose Gold work on light brown hair?

You will need to use a higher volume developer than the one that comes with it if you want lighter hair because you will want to lift. I suggest you go to Sally Beauty. You can get a 30 or 40 volume developer there, and they can give you a shade like this that will work for you. This color, due to its red and gold bases may turn brown an orange color.

Can I mix the leftover color in my conditioner to make the color last longer? I used a bottle and a half of the Rose Gold to get all my hair

This is an oxidative dye, meaning you need developer mixed in to activate. You cannot save leftovers of this type of dye (permanent) as the chemicals will deteriorate and can have bad reactions when leftovers are kept after mixing. In fact, it specifically says to always dispose of leftovers, and don’t save it. If you want to mix color into conditioner, use direct dyes, the semi permanent colors are deposit only, no chemicals required and they won’t lighten or make brown hair lilac - you need light hair for most brands to show up. But as a color refresh, the semi permanent that is close as possible to your dyed shade, it is perfectly fine to mix with conditioner. You’ll have to experiment as to how much color you want in conditioner. It’s easy to do though, nothing is permanent after all
