The media could not be loaded.  I am SO HAPPY with this electric fireplace. It’s beautiful and enhances my space! You can change the colors of both the flames and the wood or have a setting where it continuously changes on its own. It was relatively easy to install. The price was fair. My suggestions in the future would be to have a cutout for the plug more toward the center of the fireplace, right now it’s on the side. I wasn’t able to hide the socket, but I will be buying a recessed outlet, so I can update this once that’s done. I would have the options of the black to be more of a matte color rather than shiny (less finger prints) and also to take off the “do not cover” and e-Flame logo on the front, maybe put it on the side? I’ve had it for about a month and love it none the less.I wasn’t able to recess it into the wall because I have a shower behind that wall, or else I would have done that! It really doesn’t matter in my opinion, it looks gorgeous. So many guests compliment it and there are settings that it will automatically shut off on its own. There is a heat setting and it’s low and high, it works for my space!I will update after I try a recessed plug!

I have to update my review: I heard from the seller and they were most helpful. They sent us a new remote for our fireplace. Couldn't be happier with our fireplace and the customer service. I would definitely buy again from them in the future. Thank you.We are really enjoying this fireplace. My husband built a cabinet to hold it and our TV. The fireplace generators good heat and we really like it. However, the remote has never worked. We have changed the battery, asked other buyers for suggestions and made several attempts to contact seller with no response. We are very frustrated with their lack of customer service. Would not buy from this seller again as they don’t seem to stand behind their products!

I love the size of this unit. I like the option of different color patterns and heat on/off. The unit puts off a fair amount of heat in a small area. It was perfect for the room we were using it in. I do wish that it had come with more of the little “fire stones” since I like that look. I will just have to get more to add. I also like the remote feature. My husband is thinking he might build a small cabinet with a mantle on top to mimic a real fireplace. Overall I would recommend this item for smaller rooms.

The media could not be loaded.  The fireplace arrived as scheduled. Using the crystals gives it a look of a ventless bio ethanol fireplace at a fraction of the cost. We are very happy and hope that it will last longer than the one year warranty.

We are just now installing a fireplace that was never taken from the box. We missed our return window so we now have a damaged fireplace we can’t install.
