First TeamDefender Ball Retention Net

I just had a retaining wall and some concrete work done so behind the new basketball goal is mud, and everytime a shot was missed the ball and the boys were covered in mud. This net is keeping the balls, kids, and the new concrete patio nice and clean, exactly what I wanted it to do and it was a breeze to install. I even modified it a bit and it rolls the balls back to the boys when they are shooting hoops. They like just as much if not more than I do.

The instructions were spartan and I would sent it back had I not had some mega sized zip ties to attach it to the backboard brace. The assembly is adequate, but there was no natural place to affix it to the backboard. Once it was up though we have had no issues. It's adequate for where we installed it. I'll likely get some tent spikes to close off the bottom a little better, but overall this was a good buy.It could prove helpful to show the finished assembly in the description. If you don't have some large zip ties or a ratchet strap you might be tempted to send it back, too.

save your money stay away from this product and the seller is hard to deal with.2 screws broke while installing and screw imbedded in the post and needed to be drilled out. 1 nut weld broke off the bracket when the first ball thrown at it and another one broke off when the seller asked for the return so I had to drill the screws off in order to get a refund.Now I'm left with 2 holes in my post and 2 screws stuck in it.I recommend the goalrilla product.Well done and no drilling it also folds to the back of the post.I bought it the same day I installed the defender and it works great.

This worked well. Set up took about 30 minutes. I just had to drill 4 holes in the back of the hoop poll and it went right up. Don't know what all the fuss is about. Enjoy it.

Open the box looked at it looked so cheap looking. Probably looks like will last one season outside

Works well. Returns balls that hit the net. Has been up for a few months and not problems so far. I would buy it again.

good alternative to chasing the ball. easy install works great.

Works great, had to modify it to fit my backboard but it worked well with little mod.
