Kershaw Blur Pocket Knives, Made in the USA

Tl;dr: The Blur S30V is a very solid EDC with a lot of modern features. Because this is an assisted folder, the fidgeting factor is limited (opens pretty much by itself).DESIGN & QUALITYThe Blur S30V is a speed safe (assisted) thumb folder with a liner lock. The action is very smooth and easy to use. The Blur has a steel liner that only extends partially and is mostly covered by a pair of G10 scales. The blade is a stone-washed S30V recurved drop point. There are no centering or blade play issues on my particular Blur S30V. The Blur has a pocket clip that can be readjusted for tip down or tip up carry.ERGONOMICSThe ergonomics of the Blur are great with some small issues. The handle has a great size and features a partially textured surface. While that grip surface is great to avoid slipping, it is also fairly aggressive and might wear down your pants faster. The biggest ergonomics issue with the blur is the fairly aggressive jimping of the slanted thumb studs. The edges are unpleasant to touch and could have rounded over more.In general I would have liked more attention to detail at this price point and a better looking handle design (the grip surface looks like skateboard grip tape).

Aunque hay diferentes versiones de la hoja,los mangos son de Aluminio y en colores diversos,la hoja es inferior a la version S30V de mejores caracteristicas,tengo varios modelos es una buena navaja y facil de afilar.Recomendable.

Great materials, great design and overall building quality. USA made for the price paid was a great deal.I felt quite dispointed by the lock system that was so close to the edge of the blade that it slipped out. I had to disassemble the knife and readjust the system. It’s not something you expect to do on a new item made in USA by Kershaw. I love the brand and I know that this knife will last for long years to come but from a customer centric point of view I expected a flawless quality control on such an important part of the mechanism. Security is of the essence.Best regards.

Me ha gustado mucho la hoja S30V ha venido muy afilado,eso se nota,es compacto aunque un poco pesado,tiene buen agarre y se abre superrapido,es un todo terreno.Recomendable
