They go in hard at first, and after a few dozen steps, they mush into a comfortable soft cushioned insole. Sugar alcohols are naturally occurring sweetener commonly found in fruits and have 1/2 to 1/3 the calories of sugar. Not the same as alcohol such as liquor.
