Much better than i expected for the price
These pans are perfect for small cheesecakes, which I've never tried to make before, only big ones.High quality, every bit as good as the large pans i bought at the professional restaurant supply store and with a sturdier base.

Hopes dashed
Received these in good order. Decided to wash them and as you can see… the “non-stick” coating came off in some areas exposing the aluminum. I’m debating whether to wash again to remove the remaining coating or return them. I had high hopes but alas disappointed. No where in the description does it give washing instructions.

Worked wonderfully!
I made a couple of small pineapple upside down cakes in these and they worked perfect. The removable lid was great when flipping the cake. There was a bit of butter leakage but I baked with the tins on a baking sheet anyway.

Good, solid baking
I used this for a dense christmas cake mix . it worked great, the removal bottom was solid and fit snug so there was no leaking cake mixture. the tin did not bend. Easy to clean. would recommend.

So much fun to use

They are not straight. They are cone like shape
I didn’t realize the cake pans sided were not a perfectly parallel cylinder.. The bottom is smaller than the top.I had to carve the cake to make it straight. If I knew that I would not have bought these because it’s too much work to even the layers out.Other than that they work as intended to.

Metal is not good when washed.
Metal turned two different colors...it faded after washing . I am still waiting on a refund from December 29th. Where is my money? This has been returned.

Perfect for cheesecakes!
This pan makes everything about making cheesecake so much easier. It’s easy to clean, bakes evenly every time, and I’ve never had any hiccups removing the bottom portion when it’s time to serve.

Not actually 4”
This pan is fine for the home baker but useless for cakes you plan to stack and decorate. They are 3.5” at the bottom and 4.5” at the top (meaning they are angled. Thank god I didn’t need them For an order. Will return.

Not straight, beware for layered cakes
Easy to use, clean and seams sturdy, but I'm disappointed it is not straight so not good for layered cakes.

Not my type
Sides are slanting not parallel, so you need to cut the cake sides for icing. Doesn’t like the concept of separate base, it keeps on flip every time.
