KAL, Super Silica Plus, 60 Tablets

I have had osteopenia and osteoporosis for many years. Im a very active woman and have been for 42 years. Yoga, weights, Spin,and most recently TRX Suspension Training. I have taken Fosomax once for a short period of time. It didn't seem like a good idea. It made me feel strange and the instructions for taking it were not sensible to me.
