I love Vital Nutrients

I usually take 4g of glucosamine after using my stationary bike, but I don't do that every day. I decided to add in another glucosamine supplement daily for the health benefits and this one looked pretty decent. I am liking it so far. Glucosamine is one of my top favorite supplements to take for my body.
